Haverreep met rozijnen en chocolade

The dark chocolate layer on top is just thick enough to crack nicely when you bite, but it melts into the oats without getting messy. I keep one in my bag for the afternoon slump and it actually holds up without crumbling everywhere.

The raisins stay so juicy and chewy inside, and that smooth vegan dark chocolate on top balances the oats perfectly. It’s my go-to when I need something sweet but still feel like I’m eating wholefoods rather than candy.

That thin layer of dark chocolate on top is just the right amount of sweetness against the chewy oats and juicy raisins. I’ve already eaten three of these this week and the wholefood base keeps me full until lunch.
