The ganache is so smooth and the dark chocolate shell has just the right snap. I was skeptical about plant-based caramel but it's genuinely rich and buttery, and the whole cup disappeared way too fast.
That oat-y biscuit layer is the real star here — it gives the whole thing a nice crunch that balances the smooth ganache and caramel. The dark chocolate on top is properly crisp, not waxy at all. I've already eaten three in one sitting and regret nothing.
