Broke one open with my afternoon coffee and the ginger hits right away, warm and not too sharp against the sweet dates. The cinnamon lingers just enough to make the last bite as good as the first.
The chewy texture is spot on, and the ground ginger gives it just the right kick without overpowering the dates. It's sweet enough to feel like a treat but substantial enough to hold me over until dinner. Definitely my new go-to with a mug of tea.
